Single and Double Hung windows are still the window of choice for
many homeowners. Your windows can be built to fit existing openings
which are great for remodelling and restoration projects or we can help
you design a window that is unique for your new construction project.
The lower sash on the Single Hung and both sash on the Double Hung
open for controlled ventilation. These windows feature block and tackle
balances that provide smooth and effortless sash operation. For your
restoration project choose authentic rope and pulley or chain and
pulley counterweights with period correct design, detail and glazing.
Optional wood screens complete the period artistry of hung windows.
Hardware is standard in white or coppertone as well as other optional
finishes.
ROSS Single and Double Hung Windows can be joined together to
form beautiful bow or bay window combinations. Factory mulling and
one piece head and seat give structural integrity and allow for easier
installation. Combine your hung windows with fixed or curved units
for a unique window wall.
