Brass Flush Mount Lift Latch

The hidden Brass Lift Latch automatically drops neatly out of the way when not in use.

The latch is used to raise the sash from its pocket.

To bring the window from its fully lowered position, lift up on the end of the latch tab. Using the latch, pull the sash up to a comfortable position and use the finger groove to lift the sash the rest of the way.
